Yeah it's this buiding that has art exhibits in the lobby, one time it was many stacks of colored paper to simulate a city scape. Here were a lobby full of blow up dolls 5'6" tall. Someone probaly had blisters on their lips from all that blowing.

It's a lobby to a office building and they change out the art exhibit every once in a while. A previous exhibit was stacks of paper that were different heights they when looked at from the street looked like a skyline.
